1. Vertragsschluss
Die Seminaranmeldung ist verbindlich und zahlungspflichtig. Der Vertrag kommt mit der schriftlichen Buchungsbestätigung durch ORY Akademie zustande.
2. Kein Widerrufsrecht
Für Seminare mit festem Datum gilt kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB (Verträge über Freizeitveranstaltungen mit konkretem Termin). Dies wird durch die nachfolgenden Stornierungsregelungen ausgeglichen.
3. Stornierungsbedingungen
Stornierungen sind ausschließlich schriftlich per E-Mail an akademie@ory-berlin.de zu erklären. Maßgeblich ist das Eingangsdatum der E-Mail.

4. Absage durch ORY Akademie
ORY Akademie behält sich das Recht vor, Seminare bei Unterschreitung der Mindestteilnehmerzahl oder aus wichtigem Grund (z. B. Erkrankung des Dozenten) abzusagen. In diesem Fall werden bereits gezahlte Gebühren vollständig erstattet. Weitergehende Ansprüche sind ausgeschlossen.
5. Zahlung
Die Seminargebühr ist nach Buchungsbestätigung fällig. Die Zahlung erfolgt über PayPal oder auf Rechnung nach Absprache.
6. Haftung
Die Haftung von ORY Akademie ist auf Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit beschränkt. Eine Haftung für mittelbare Schäden oder entgangenen Gewinn ist ausgeschlossen.

Four Pillars. One System.
The E4 model is the therapeutic foundation of ORY Akademie — developed from years of integrative practice.
1. Building Materials & Substances
The foundation of every therapy: supplying the body with nutrients, vital substances and micronutrients that build, repair and maintain cells, tissues and organs.
2. Biochemistry & Organ Biology
Understanding and optimising organ metabolism: gut, liver, thyroid, mitochondria. Lab diagnostics make functional imbalances visible and enable targeted therapy.
3. Nervous System & Emotionality
Regulation of the autonomic nervous system, dealing with chronic stress, trauma and emotional patterns. Nervous system balance is a prerequisite for healing on all other levels.

Functional holistic medicine searches for the causes of complaints on three levels: physical (nutrient deficiency, gut, hormones), mental (stress, sleep) and emotional (nervous system regulation). Unlike classical medicine, systemic connections are analysed and treated.
For naturopaths, physicians, therapists and healthcare professionals who wish to deepen their knowledge in functional medicine, lab diagnostics, infusion therapy or holistic coaching. Formal prior knowledge is not strictly required.
ORY Digital is a practice platform for functional medicine with AI-supported diagnostics, automated lab analysis and digital patient management. Akademie graduates gain access to the ORY network and can use the platform in their daily practice.
